Most of the commission rates are at our decision and based on a business decision. We can work with the publisher to determine how competitive we want to be in relation to other brokers in the market.

To ensure the safety and security of our customers’ funds, we operate segregated accounts that are monitored by the regulatory authorities and supervised by top-tier external auditors. This means that our customers’ funds are kept separate from our company’s operating funds, which ensures that they are protected in the event of any financial difficulties or insolvency. In addition, the regulatory authorities oversee our operations to ensure that we are operating in accordance with their guidelines and regulations, which provides an added layer of protection for our customers.

We also work closely with top-tier external auditors to ensure that our financial processes and operations are transparent and compliant with all applicable regulations. This helps to build trust and confidence among our customers and ensures that their funds are in safe hands.

The customer deposits money into a controlled company bank account of PiQK, which is a separate account from the company’s funds and complies with the regulatory requirements.

Our company supports over 3,000 financial assets, including stocks, commodities, currencies, and more.The decision regarding which financial assets to offer is made jointly by PiQK and the publisher, considering the preferences and trends of the local market and according to local regulation.

Our support and service channels will primarily be based on self-service with automated tools, such as online chat, email, WhatsApp, and opening a ticket via the client area. These services will operate 24/7. In addition, we will provide phone-based technical support for customers who have questions or requests. The support operating hours will be determined based on the nature of the activity and in coordination with the publisher.

The business model involves an attractive revenue sharing arrangement between PiQK and the publisher. The publisher will receive X% from the total monthly revenue generated from the activity. We believe that this partnership will be mutually beneficial for both parties, as it enables us to leverage the publisher expertise and marketing reach, while also providing the publisher with a reliable revenue stream. By working together, we can build a strong and profitable business relationship that will continue to grow over time.

The publisher’s disclaimer will clearly state that they are not a party to the contract with the client and have no legal or regulatory responsibility towards the client at any stage. This disclaimer will be presented to the end-user at every stage.

There are two available options for publishers with PiQK:

1. Embedding PiQK’s platform using the publisher’s brand name as part of the publisher website, using PiQK’s license and operated by PiQK
2. Redirecting clients to PiQK’s generic brand “trusted by the publisher” and promoted by the publisher. A partnership between the publisher and PiQK’s main brand as an official partner with the publisher.

For both options, the publisher will have no legal, business, or regulatory liability towards the end customer.

All funds management, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines and strict anti-money laundering (AML) rules. To ensure compliance with these regulations, each customer is required to identify themselves with an ID card and a document confirming their residential address. In addition, all customers undergo a thorough background check and document verification, as well as payment method verification, to confirm their identity and prevent fraud. Furthermore, to ensure the security and integrity of our platform, each withdrawal request is thoroughly checked to ensure that it is being sent back to the same source that the funds originated from. The terms of service will comply with local regulations and laws in each market we operate in. The end customer interacts exclusively with PiQK and does not establish a customer-supplier relationship with the publisher at any given time.
